The proprietorship firm has a single owner, who is the sole proprietor. Therefore, a firm will be continued by opening a new bank account, and GST registration will be completed for it, and GST registration will be completed by using the proprietor’s PAN and Aadhar. The business’s assets and liabilities are entirely the owner’s responsibility.
