ESI Registration

The Government of India’s Ministry of Labour and Employment oversees the independent agency known as ESI. Employee’s State Insurance (ESI) is an Indian worker’s self-funded social security and health insurance program.
The program offers the employee registered under the ESI Act, 1948 complete medical coverage during the period of his incapacity, as well as when his health and working capacity have been restored.
It offers financial support to make up for lost wages during time of absence due to illness, pregnancy, or an occupational injury. His or her family members can also receive medical benefits under this plan.

Documents Required


Registration Certificate – GST Certificate

  • Address proof – Electricity Proof, rent agreement, Telephone bill, water bill.

  • Pan Card – of business entity and all directors or partners
    Digital Signature – of one partner

  • Canceled cheque

  • In the case of a Company – COI/MOA, In case of a partnership firm – Partnership deed.
